1. Use
equipment with excellent mechanic performances, sharpness of
the saw bit is the best, the thickness of saw bit is between
2.4MM -2.6MM. Grind the thickness of the blade to the best with
firebrick before every cutting; the grinding time should not
less than fifteen minute. Diameter of the sow bit should between
Φ 350mm -Φ 400mm (Imported saw bit is preferable)

Mind the cutting traveling speed
while cutting the sheet material; usually the cutting speed
is 2.5m /mim -5m /mim. Reduce the speed when move in or out
the blade so the stone will not be broken. Speed of the main
blade when bridging cutting is about 2500r/min. The higher the
rotary speed, the cutting result is better.
3. Be careful when processing project plate
lower than 1000mm. The flatness the worktable should be very
high. If the worktable is not flat enough, the corners is easy
to fall off when cutting.
4. Separate the cut plates
with pearl cotton, because it is fragile.
5.
Project plates need edge grinding, chamfer processing.
Glass straight beveling machine can be used, mind the force
of every grinding head while grinding on the beveling machine,
power quantity of every diamond grinding wheel should not excess
1mm, main belt of the beveling machine should be parallel with
the plate feeding belt, or the plate would be uneven. When side
angle need polishing, resin-grinding wheel can be used. If this
equipment is not available, portable hydrostone-flat grinder
can also be used.
6. Use Φ35 glass
drill head when processing alien plate; mark the outside wire
of tapping. And then use special stone drill head to drill several
small holes around the hole. Drill holes in the four corners
when drilling a square hole. Cooling water should be used, and
the cutting blade should also be grinded in firebrick before
operation. Be careful when operating, it should be slashed at
one time, it should be slashed for several times, and cooling
water should be used in slashing to prevent broking.
7. While
grinding the curved edge, first mark the lines, prepare the
shape with hand grinding machine and then polish with portable
hydrostone-flat grinder. The operation method is similar with
other stone edge-grinding method. What should mind is that it
cannot be grinded when it is dry, water is needed when polishing.
When thicken an edge, grind the edge roughly with grinding machine,
the same as the added slips. Then clean the roughly grinded
parts; if there were dust or other things, the adhesive force
would be interfered. When making a France edge, first scratch
the line with cutting machine and then grind the edge with the
same method. So the best effect might be achieved.
8. When cutting
a 45-degree angle, regulate the gradient of the main blade to
the best with hand power cutting machine, and then clean the
worktable, regulate the fixing plate. It is a good put a rubber
plate on the worktable. So the surface of the plate would not
be scratched. Grind the saw bit before processing, and check
the water quantity, the speed should not be too high.
9. Process the
stair footplate, anti-slip slot and the plate whose edge should
be slotted. Footplate of some projects should be thickened;
the sixth and seventh method can be used. Special mind should
be paid on alien plate edge, when cut the stair footplate for
the second time; verso plate cutting should be processed. And
open an anti-slip slot and plate edge slot, requirement of the
customers should be considered. When open the slot again with
hand power to regulate the slotting width. Use the saw bit according
to the slotting width. Thickness of the saw bit is 2.4; generally
two saw bit would be installed on the work plate for slotting.
Add the sea bit according to the size of processing. Slotted
edge should be shine, grind with portable hydro-stone-flat grinder.
10. Process
steel hanged plate edge; fixed plate should be used on the work
plate of hand power edge cutting machine. Fix the plate vertically
and then regulate the work plate, add or subtract saw bits according
to the width of slots.
11. Be
careful when piling processed finished plates; pile the finished
plates in cubes. Do not pile too many in one place to prevent
broken. |
